We Stand Behind All Our Products
All ICA Central Supply shipments are quoted FOB (Freight on Board) SHIPPING POINT unless different/written terms are agreed upon prior to order acceptance.
Should ordered items arrive damaged, please contact us so we can assist you in filing your claim with UPS/FedEx/Common Carrier.
If anything you purchase from ICA Supply Central does not satisfy you for any reason, you may return un-opened pacs (within 90 days) for an exchange, credit or refund. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to returning. Items received with no prior notification/authorization to ICA Supply Central will not be accepted.
"REFUNDS FOR BACK ORDERED ITEMS WILL BE ISSUED ONLY WHEN SELLER & BUYER MUTUALLY AGREE THAT THE DELIVERY-TIME HAS EXCEEDED A "USUAL/CUSTOMARY" PERIOD OF TIME."
Shipper reserves the right to use alternate methods of shipment provided customary delivery reliability and times are not adversely compromised.
